Sangeeta Sharma is the President of NIWE Academy, bringing extensive experience in educational leadership and the beauty and cosmetology sector. She oversees academy operations and leads strategic initiatives that support NIWE’s mission of delivering high-quality diploma and certificate programs for aspiring professionals.

With a strong commitment to training and development, Sangeeta has played a central role in guiding students across aesthetics, cosmetology, and barbering disciplines—helping them transform their passion into sustainable and rewarding careers. Her leadership emphasizes structure, standards, and long-term professional growth.

Beyond NIWE Academy, Sangeeta is also the Owner of Chehra Wellness Spa in Calgary, where she managed business operations, client relationships, and wellness services. This hands-on experience in the wellness industry has strengthened her understanding of client-focused care, spa treatments, and medical skin services.

Sangeeta holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Delhi University and New Delhi, India, reflecting her strong foundation in educational practices. She has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, further enhancing her leadership perspective and strategic approach to education.
