Anisha Dwivedi

Anisha Dwivedi is the Dean of Faculty at NIWE Academy, a leading cosmetology and beauty school in Calgary. She brings a strong background in marketing, business growth, and leadership to the academy’s accredited programs, helping align education with real-world industry needs.

During her journey at NIWE Academy, Anisha progressed from Manager of Marketing to Director of Sales & Marketing, and ultimately to Dean of Faculty. In these roles, she played a key part in driving marketing strategy, sales development, curriculum planning, and faculty management—ensuring students receive both academic excellence and hands-on training.

Before joining NIWE Academy, Anisha served as Head of Growth at Idea2Inception, where she led sales and marketing projects with multidisciplinary teams for a diverse portfolio of clients. This experience strengthened her expertise in project execution, strategy, and client relationship management.

Earlier in her career, Anisha held client support and marketing roles at Careica Health and Chehra Wellness Spa, building a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and business administration. She also holds a Google AdWords Fundamentals certification, reflecting her applied knowledge of digital marketing and performance-driven strategy.
